A stylist from Gloucester and Brighouse in West Yorkshire are this year’s Britain’s Best champions.

Bridie Thorne, from Pride Hairdressing & Barber Shop, Gloucester was crowned Ladies Champion and Kieren Goldspint, from Taylors & Co in Brighouse, was announced as Men’s Champion at the competition, held at the British Motor Museum in Gaydon, Warwickshire on Sunday 13 November.

NHBF president Agnes Leonard praised the high standard of this year’s entries, and thanked all the winners, runners-up and supporters for making the day such a massive success.

The talent, passion and creativity on display was inspiring – Britain’s Best truly showcases talent from across the country in hairdressing, barbering and beauty has to offer.

“My congratulations go out to all this year’s winners. Just entering and taking part in a competition like this can be a real buzz, and winning can be a great boost to the whole salon.

“I am immensely proud of what Britain’s Best says about the skill and creativity within our great industry, talent that has is being nurtured and developed by some of the best salons in the country.
