Hosted by top comedian Russell Kane, Creative HEAD’s Most Wanted and It List awards, which took place at the iconic Natural History Museum on Monday 2 September, honoured creative flair, commercial prowess and team spirit in UK salons, as well as the industry’s most dynamic go-getters and trendsetters aged 30 and under.

The star-studded event, attended by a 600-strong crowd of hairdressing VIPs, fashion frontrunners and influential beauty insiders including Anna-Marie Solowij and Millie Kendall MBE, founders of BeautyMART, saw 11 Most Wanted victors and six emerging It List talents take to the stage to accept their trophies.

Winners – including Takuya Morimoto from Brooks+Brooks, Angel Montague Sayers from Sally Montague Hair Group, Toni&Guy’s Jayson Gray, and the awe-inspiring talent that is Eugene Souleiman, who took the ultimate Most Wanted HAIR ICON title – were unveiled to roof-raising applause, and now seal their place in the hairdressing elite.

From a spellbinding demo of the ghd Eclipse, courtesy of ghd creative director Zoë Irwin,to a delicious steak and chips dinner served under a giant Diplodocus skeleton, Creative HEAD pulled out all the stops to ensure its gorgeous, gifted guests enjoyed a taste of the high life in an evening long to be remembered.
