In response to government advice our team is currently working remotely.
We will ensure that this has a minimal impact on our Members. We are still:
- Answering your phone calls – but please be patient as we are currently dealing with a high volume of calls. If you cannot get through, please try again later. In the meantime, our FAQs may answer your questions.
- Providing our 24/7 legal helpline – again, please be patient as this service is currently in high demand. Login to ‘My NHBF’ to find the legal helpline number.
- Receiving and responding to emails.
Please note: We are following government guidelines to work from home where we can. We are now despatching orders on a weekly basis so please be patient. You should also be aware that Royal Mail is having issues due to staff shortages so your package may take longer to arrive than we would like. Visit our resources and shop.
