In response to government advice our team is currently working remotely.

We will ensure that this has a minimal impact on our Members. We are still:

  • Answering your phone calls – but please be patient as we are currently dealing with a high volume of calls. If you cannot get through, please try again later. In the meantime, our FAQs may answer your questions. 
  • Providing our 24/7 legal helpline – again, please be patient as this service is currently in high demand. Login to ‘My NHBF’ to find the legal helpline number.
  • Receiving and responding to emails.

Please note: for the time being we will not be able to despatch orders by post. But remember that the vast majority of our resources can be downloaded from the website. Visit our resources and shop.
